FAQ

Does the site remember my last tab, filters, and surface? Yes — your last tab, your home-list and deep-page filters, and display choices like page size are all kept between visits.

Why do match times show in my local time — can I change the zone? Times use your device's time zone automatically. There's no separate zone setting; change your device's zone if you need a different one.

How do I see the very latest results — do I reload? It depends where you are. The home lists (All / Live / Custom) keep themselves up to date while the tab is open, so you don't need to do anything. Match and player pages are different — they load the figures once, when you open them, and then stay put. To pull newer numbers on those, either reload the page or change and re-apply any filter, which fetches a fresh set.

Why is a stat showing 0 or blank (e.g. Service Games Played)? For some matches the detailed, point-by-point data simply isn't available, so a count that relies on it — such as service games played — can read 0 even though the match was played. It reflects a gap in what's available for that one match, not an error in the player's overall record, and it doesn't affect their headline percentages built from completed matches.

Why did a match disappear — finished, cancelled, or filtered out? Most often one of three things: it finished and moved off the Live tab (find it on All Matches with its final score); it was a past match on a day you selected, which drops off once it's over; or a filter you have set is hiding it. Check your filters first — if a match is genuinely cancelled it won't show a result. When in doubt, Reset the filters and look again.

What does "ret." mean on a score? It means a player retired — the match ended early, before its natural finish (usually injury or illness). The score shown is where it stopped. You control whether these count in a player's stats with the Include retirements filter on the match and player pages; they're excluded by default, so turn it on if you want retired matches included.
